I work with individuals navigating transitions, identity questions, and leadership growth. My role is to create a structured yet spacious environment where awareness can turn into clear, confident and authentic action.

  • Career & Life Transitions: We clarify direction, explore values, and co-design practical next steps — combining reflection with concrete action.
  • Leadership Presence & Identity: We strengthen authentic voice, boundaries, and relational awareness so that your leadership flows from who you are, not who you think you should be.
  • Purpose & Meaning: We surface what drives you — using archetypal, MBTI, and Enneagram frameworks to reveal patterns, motivations, and values.
  • Somatic & Creative Integration: I use movement, breathwork, and reflective practices such as writing or poetry to help translate insight into lived experience.

Coaching for Organizations

I partner with organizations that see leadership as a practice of awareness and embodied action. My group coaching sessions help teams, executives, and leaders work with clarity, accountability, and shared purpose.

  • Leadership & Team Coaching: Enhance collaboration, trust, and psychological safety. Archetype-informed team mapping or MBTI-based team collaboration and working environent awareness to strengthen alignment and communication.
  • Change & Transition: I help teams, leaders, executives, and individuals translate strategy into new habits and behaviors that sustain transformation.

Training and Workshops

I design and facilitate trainings and workshops upon request, tailored to the specific needs and context of each organization or team. My focus is on helping teams translate awareness into collaborative action — through experiential learning, reflection, and dialogue. Each workshop is created in partnership with the client to ensure relevance and impact.
